Welcome to Food On The Go

Food On The Go is a new piece of research where selected individuals from National Shopping Monitor homes tell us about their out of home snack purchases. The information is sent to us by text message using a mobile phone.

If you have been invited to join Food On The Go you can use this site to find out more information about what is involved:

What to Text	- Tells you which purchases we want you to tell us about
How to Text	- Shows you what information we need in your text messages and in what order
Shop Codes	- Lists the 4-letter codes you should use in your text message for each shop
Points	- Details how you earn points for being part of Food On The Go

In return for your participation you will receive 1,000 points for every week that you send us a text message about your snacking. On top of this you will get 200 points per snacking text you send us. This will be added to your main National Shopping Monitor reward account. Full details can be found on the Points page.

All text messages sent to Food On The Go are totally free of charge. This means you don't have to pay for any texts to Food On The Go or use up any texts included as part of your contract.
